Mentoring & Circles
(Future) leaders are often faced with complex questions when it comes to dealing strategically with issues of sustainable transformation, be it in an organisation, department or interest group.
I offer the following formats in which leaders can gain clarity on how they can contribute to a sustainable future with their own skills in a focused and powerful way
a) Leadership coaching (online and offline)
b) Leadership Circles with 5-6 participants (online)

Strategy & Mission
I support companies, organisations and founders in anchoring sustainability strategically and innovatively in processes and leadership. Here I use co-creative innovation methods and methods from business model development in combination with concepts of sustainability.

The diversity of my customers and partners from business, science, civil society and public administration as well as my international connections enable me to gain insights in processes of systemic innovation and sustainability at the interface to social transformation, organizational development and leadership culture.
